Research On Agri-Tourism Development Of Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province

Nowadays, agri-tourism is a heated topic attracted a lot of experts who hold different understanding on it, thus leading to various definitions. However, their definitions are almost around the themes of agriculture and tourism. In the function of agri-tourism, they are all believers of that agri-tourism can promote the local economy, increase the income of farmers, protect the ecological environment and speed up the construction of New Countryside. Agri-tourism is a burgeoning industry around China, and so does Lucheng district.In this paper, the author further studied agri-tourism development status, analysis and evaluation on the existing problems of Lucheng district, then puts forward some corresponding counter-measures. The main research conclusions are as follows:In recent years, relying on the abundant natural resources and human resources, Lucheng district has developed agri-tourism vigorously, formed the flowers and ornamental type, experience type, holiday type, etc. Currently, the development of agri-tourism has become an important way to update the economic structure, promote the income of farmers and improve the level of rural infrastructure.However, Agri-tourism of Lucheng district is still in the primary, due to the insufficiency of infrastructure, the lack of publicity, and the unitary of development pattern. In addition, the layout of agri-tourism of Lucheng district does not reach the designated position, which restricts its development. To speed up the development of agri-tourism in Lucheng District, we should innovative the institutions and mechanisms, increase the investment and publicity; pay more attention to the planning and specification for the standardization of tourism agriculture development; build up high-quality brands, and improve the service and change the idea. We also should persist that the government shall strengthen their leadership, the trade associations step up the guidance, and that farmer shall actively participate thus forming a resultant force, and eventually move on to a road of sustainable development.
