Technology, as the productivity to promote social process, has transformed people’s lives many times. The Internet coverage in China is more than 40%. It has offered a great chance of development for China’s Internet and related industries. The rapid changing Internet development has been changing the traditional industry and the production and dealing methods of business., Standing on the trend of history, the Internet era of insurance is also facing its own business model transformation.The traditional marketing model of insurance companies is just through direct selling and through proxy, the reputation of the two models is bad, lack of professional skills,and more and more third party website diversion makes the contribution to premium growth in the traditional mode of the insurance industry, the internet is good for the sales, the insurance intermediary link which comes out the emergence of mobile and mobile claims, and pricing link.while the new private insurance varieties, the insurance industry has been exploring the interactive human computer interaction,more and more new types of insurance are emerging.This paper focuses on the change of insurance model, and according to this trend, this paper describes the development status of Internet insurance in China. Then, the paper analyzes the current situation of China’s Internet insurance, and then uses qualitative analysis, case analysis, theoretical analysis and practical method to analyze the existing problems of Internet insurance. After the channel is simplified and no premium has declined, the credit system has not established a new insurance system based on credit rating system. After this, the paper discusses how to improve the big data to solve the problems faced by the Internet.
