With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration and the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy, the enterprises are facing great developing opportunities and challenges to survive as the market competition fierce is increasing. The enterprise, which survived in the competition environment, need to find the most suitable role and give full play to their own advantages. If they want to survive and develop, the enterprises must develop strategic choice and firm fit, and obtain sustainable competitive advantage.The study case focus on TM Automation Co. Ltd. according to the theoretical framework of Potter competition strategy and industry analysis, formulated by the external and internal environment of TM Automation Co. Ltd, this study analysis and the characteristics of the enterprise and find out the key account develop strategy and implementation rules.
