Research On Huai’an’s Small And Medium-sized Enterprises’ Financing Difficulty And Countermeasures

Since the reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises have played a very important role in promoting the development of economy and society in Jiangsu province. Huaian is located in the north of Jiangsu Province. In recent years, the strength of small and medium-sized enterprise is also growing, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for more than 90% of the total number of enterprises. However, the finacing difficulty has always been the bottle-neck of small and medium-sized enterprises’ development. How to solve the financing difficulty in a better way?The thesis attempts to reveal many-sided reasons arising from this problem through objective andysis of both small and medium-sized enterprises and financing institutions. In this paper,the difficulty lies in the analysis of external environment of enterprise financing and the impact of local government on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.By the way of questionnaire,field visits, and meetings,a large a mount of data has been achieved. After analyzing the data deeply,finally,I put forward some corresponding advice from three aspects,that is,government, financing institutions and enterprises themselves.The main counterplans to solve the financing difficulty are listed below:First,the enter prises have to improve their management ability and credit construction.Second,the financing institutions need to carry on the marketing strategy and service innovation.Third, the local government should strengthen the adjustment of industrial structure and financial construction and improve the level of financial service.
