| Under the background of economic globalization,science and technology change quickly.Scientific and technological achievements come forth continuously.Enterprises should make full use of the intellectual property’s value in order to solve the funding problem and obtain the long-term interests.The most direct way to obtain economic value is making intellectual property into production.It promotes intellectual property materialization.Intellectual property financing is one of the channels of intellectual property’s economic value acquisition.Intellectual property financing provides new financing approaches for enterprises and it has a great space for development in our country.Correctly identifying the elements of intellectual property financing ability could accurately measure enterprises’ intellectual property financing ability.It is benefit for enterprises to draft scientific and standardized intellectual property financing regulations.The purpose of business is obtaining economic benefits.Improving the economic benefits is the common goal of different enterprises. Therefore,the study of intellectual property financing ability’s component and its impact on enterprises’ economic benefit is helpful for the consistency of enterprises’ intellectual property financing decisions objectives and economic benifit.Firstly,on the basis of existing theoretical research,the enterprises’ intellectual property financing restrictive conditions in the public policies made by Chinese government provide evidences for this study.Three elements that constitute intellectual property financing ability initially identified.They are characters of intellectual property, characteristics of intellectualproperty owners as well as market and economic environment. Secondly, through theoretical analysis, combined with relevant examples, three hypotheses presented that three elements which constitute the intellectual property financing capabilities were having positive impacts on enterprises’ economic benefit.Thirdly,listed biopharmaceutical enterprises were selected as sample.The models and hypotheses will be verified by collecting samples enterprises’ 2010-2013 annual report and related reports published data through using the software SPSS19.0.By correlative analysis and regression analysis,three hypotheses that three elements which constitute the intellectual property financing ability were having positive impacts on listed biopharmaceutical enterprises’ economic benefit are confirmed.Finally,this paper summarizes the main research conclusion. To enhance intellectual property financing ability to improve enterprises’ economic benefit, some suggestions and countermeasures were proposed.We hope that it can provide reference in practice for the development of enterprises in China. |
