Researches On Influencing Factors Of Intellectual Property Financing

With the development of economic globalization and knowledge-based economy, intellectual property advantage is becoming increasingly prominent. As intellectual property value realization of a way, Intellectual property financing will broaden the financing channels for enterprises, alleviate enterprise financing problems. Unfortunately, compared to physical assets, intellectual property financing capacity to be inferior. Why is there such financing differences? We tried to examine the influencing factors of intellectual property financing, in the practice of financing, to explain this phenomenon.Firstly, this paper summarizes the85influencing factors of intellectual property financing, through a review for existing literature theory, analysis of the status of the practice of intellectual property financing. These factors, because there may be some logical repeat or redundant, need to practice data to evidence, which should get the financing practice of screening, testing and support. Therefore, this paper collected practice data on intellectual property financing factors of the important degree judgement opinions, through the issuance of questionnaires, and digital information processing. Secondly, using the factor analysis method further screening and re-classification, extract the nine major influencing factors, and rank ordering based on the importance, which in turn is:risk factors, business factors, management factors, financing the relevant characteristics of factors, intellectual property characteristics factors, legal factors, technical factors, environmental factors, and system protection factors, according to the variance contribution rate to calculate the weight coefficients. The empirical analysis found that concluded theoretically that part of the influence factors to be recognition and acceptance of finance practitioners. On the basis of the theoretical and empirical research, this paper concludes with some constructive policy recommendations, and provide a reference to solve the problems of the troubled intellectual property financing.
