Research On The Implementation Of The Overall Scheme Of The Integrated System Of The Information System Of A Power Grid Corp

The State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission put forward in the document on the guidance ofstrengthening the informatization of central enterprise during the twelfth five-year plan period by the end of 2015 that application systems should be operated on all levels and main business; systems integration and information sharing, business collaboration ability should be bettered; informatization and strategic decisions, and operation management, production process, risk control should be deeply integrated together; the organization system, infrastructure, safety and security, operational ability shoule be further enhanced; most of the central enterprises’ informatizationhas reached A level, and at or near to the national standard.During the twelfth five-year plan period,China Southern Power Grid Company Limited duly launched the "6 plus 1" business system construction projectontheenterprise level, and adopted the integration of centralization model construction in all systems. After the construction was completed, it wouldfollowt the implementation of the promotion work.The promotion about the implement of information systems is the last link in enterprise information system construction, but it is critical to the overall development of the whole power grid enterprises. Theinformationprojectofenterpriseintegration in the electric power enterprises has a strong uniqueness,which is one independent research with strong innovative character. There are many difficulties and risks in the process of project application. In order to ensure the overall success of the project, we must fully identify the risks and solve difficulties, and take measurement scientifically, controlcomprehensively, and finally study the application model about the integrated centralization of information system.Based on the adequateinvestigation about the business, management, information system construction situation of power grid enterprises, and by learning from other industries, the paper studied on how the power grid enterprises effectively promote their implementation of the integrated centralization system, mainly from the perspectives of composing theimplementation and promotion model for the integrated centralization systems, and data transformation plans, implement systems of training. The outcomes of study could be referred by the implement and promotion ofthe integrated centralization of information system, and at the same time be referred by public service-oriented enterprises, which are classified into the space grids enterprise type.
