Research On Power Grid Enterprise Operational Risk Management Model And Its Information System

At present, risk management has become one of the basic concept of enterprise management. It is an important category of modern enterprise management. It is a realistic and serious problem in front of the enterprise managers that how to adapt to the change of business environment and improve the anti-risk ability. Enterprise must strengthen the risk management in order to be in an impregnable position in the market competition. As the public service companies, power grid enterprises pay more and more attention to the management of operational risk, both to carry out the national requirements on standard management of state-owned enterprises and to realize the development of the power grid and the enterprise.In this paper, the author firstly reviewed the research and application of risk management at home and abroad. The author the present situation of power grid enterprises overall management and risk management and pointed out the shortcomings of the power grid enterprises risk management. The author discussed the development trend of information technology and the opportunities which could increase the operational risk management level for power grid enterprises. The paper effectively identified the operational risks of the power grid enterprises based on Delphi method and analyzed the internal and external risk factors one by one. Based on the single variable model and the z-score model, the author constructed early warning model of risk for power grid enterprises. According to the core business indicators of the power grid enterprises, this paper established risk management index system of the power grid enterprises from four aspects including the profit ability, debt paying ability, operation ability and growth ability. The author set up the system framework of the operational risk management and the management system of the power grid enterprises. The paper described four subsystems including the management information collection, analysis and evaluation, risk early warning and risk preprocessing. As an example, the author analyzed the dynamic management risk early warning effect in Shandong Binhai power supply company. There will be the enlightening significance on the power grid enterprise management risk at present and provide certain theoretical basis for power grid enterprises development of the establishment of the management risk early warning system in the future.
