There have been more than 25 years since the first present of the concept and theory of ERP (Enterprise resource planning). But it is full of controversies in the developing of EPR, from the theory present to practical application, then to the customization and exploration of commercial suits of EPR application system. However, the practice shows the importance of the existence and influence of EPR, despite of certain differences between the theory and the practice.With the global economic depression and recession, countries are implementing economic policies and seeking for new manners of economic development, such as Industries 4.0, Internet plus initiative, big data, cloud computing,O2O model, etc., which affect our lives everywhere. Therefore, enterprises have to change and reform to improve the core-competitiveness.The thesis elaborates current situation of EPR application and analyzes existed problems and disadvantages of its system in JMH CO.Ltd, based on the induction and conclusion of related researches. And then, the author puts forward corresponding solutions, improving programs and safeguarding measures, which are the focus of the thesis, to win further improvement of JMH’s informatization level and economic benefits.
