| The innovation has clearly become a hot topic in the current society.Since the slogan of “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,China has provided unlimited power and opportunities for individuals and companies which are committed to innovation.Under the guidance of national policies,more and more companies are willing to carry out innovative research and development to enhance their core competitiveness.High-tech enterprises invest more in R&D innovation than in other types of companies.In order to support enterprises to carry out research and development innovation,the government’s support for such enterprises is not to be underestimated.The government compensates for the financial losses caused by the R&D of enterprises mainly through the payment of subsidies.Subsidies of governments can also better motivate companies to conduct research and development activities.Governments’ subsidies are an important source of funding for innovation of corporates.So what is the impact of governments’ subsidies on corporates’ innovation performance?Firstly,this paper mainly analyzes the impact of government subsidies on the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.This article begins with the study of high-tech enterprises in listed enterprises as a research object,and briefly analyzes the status of government subsidies and innovations obtained by such enterprises.Firstly,this paper briefly summarizes the characteristics of high-tech enterprises.Secondly,this paper briefly analyzes the status quo of innovation in high-tech enterprises.Thirdly,this paper also counts the amount and quantity of government subsidies obtained by high-tech enterprises.The result shows that the government subsidies obtained by high-tech enterprises are higher regardless of the number of enterprises receiving subsidies or the amount of subsidies.Moreover,the innovation status quo of such enterprises is also better than the market level.Secondly,this paper analyzes in detail the impact of governments’ subsidies on the innovation performance of Xinjiang Goldwind Science&Technology Co.,Ltd.In this analysis,Qingdao Tianneng Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd and Titan Wind Energy(Suzhou)Co.,Ltd.are selected as the control groups.The patents of the three companies,the investment in research and development funds,the scale of intangible assets and the sales income of new products are compared and analyzed in this part.First of all,by comparing with Qingdao Tianneng Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd,it is found that governments’ subsidies have a positive effect on the innovation performance of Xinjiang Goldwind Science&Technology Co.,Ltd.Secondly,by comparing with Titan Wind Energy(Suzhou)Co.,Ltd,it is found that the incentive effect of government subsidies on innovation performance is affected by the type of governments’ subsidies and the diversification of the company’s main business.Finally,this article puts forward some suggestions for how the governments can improve the system of governments’ subsidies and how the corporates make management decisions to improve innovation performance. |
