Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of A Bank’s Personal Financing Business

In recent years, the entry of foreign banks, the opening of private banks, China’s banking industry is facing tremendous changes in the economic environment, domestic banks, and the increasingly fierce competition between foreign banks, domestic commercial banks more and more clearly recognize the importance of customers for banks. Without good customer resources, the bank can not develop. In this situation, how to attract new customers and improve customer loyalty has become an urgent issue for the commercial banks in China.This paper analyzes the current situation of the A bank in the domestic joint-stock commercial banks, from the aspects of product, customer access standards, personnel and assessment, to find out the problems existing in the development process of A bank’s personalized financing business. Through the analysis of the causes of these problems, the paper puts forward the development strategy of A bank’s personalized financing business.This article hopes that through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the A bank, the paper provides a reference for the A bank to better use the personalized financing business to provide customers and retain customers.
