The efficiency of enterprise management directly restricts its economic benefit, with the increasingly fierce competition, the management efficiency has become an important part of the daily work of the enterprise. Break through the traditional single backward management mode, in the management concept with international standards, follow the world trend, seize the opportunity to overcome difficulties, to adapt to the trend of globalization, in order to remain invincible in the industry. The key to the success of the enterprise is the talent and human resources guarantee, in the enterprise management in the selection of high quality personnel is essential, human resource management research more and more attention by the enterprise. The executives of enterprise is the main body of the implementation of human resources management, "people the thing, the person, give full scope to the talents, unexpectedly the work", in the human resources management, can achieve each of the predetermined target is an important standard to measure the success of the human resource management. Modern human resource management has changed greatly, from experience to science, and the knowledge and skills covered by the comprehensive management is increasingly concerned by the researchers. And the key problem in human resource management is the management mode of team management. Compared with the traditional human resource management, the complexity is high, the innovation of the human resources is high, and it is more important. At present, although China’s enterprises need to operate the technology and funds given enough attention, but in the human resources management and configuration has not formed a correct understanding. And the performance evaluation as an important prerequisite for the enterprise to optimize the allocation of human resources, the same did not get the attention. In human resource management, especially in the management mode of senior management and performance appraisal, there is no clear pattern and method.Through using a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research methods, combined with Weifang of t life insurance company four executives management, on the basis of human resource management and performance appraisal theory, respectively with discrimination of the about the problems and causes existed in Weifang of t life insurance company level institution executives performance appraisal. And on this basis, the performance evaluation system is the core of the performance evaluation of the four level institutions of Weifang T life-insurance company. The research focus is to focus on the four levels of institutional management related issues, including the characteristics, strategies, performance evaluation, etc., and finally put forward the establishment of efficient human resource management team approach and measures. On the basis of comparison of the status quo of the four level institutions in the level institutions of Weifang T life-insurance company, the demonstration of how to organize the team and develop performance evaluation criteria, the role of performance evaluation, the establishment of the index system, the establishment of the index system, and so on how to optimize the configuration, improve performance evaluation criteria and incentive mechanism.
