Research On The Quality Management Of Caustic Soda Production In YH Company

With the development of economic globalization, the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. If the enterprise wants to remain invincible in the competition, it must have the ability of sustainable development, and constantly improve the management idea and the level of production management, and establish a new management system for enterprise development. The Six Sigma management as an effective means to improve the quality management of enterprises, has been recognized by the world’s major well-known enterprises. Six Sigma management theory has developed into a system of management methods. It has formed a set of deep recognition of the management concept. Through six sigma management, enterprises can continuously improve the development in the process of development, strengthen the management capabilities, improve product quality, service level, and then improve customer satisfaction. So,ti can bring huge economic benefits for enterprises.In this paper, the YH company is the research object. According to the enterprise in the process of caustic soda production problems, Six Sigma theory method is applied, and specific measures to improve the quality of enterprise products, reduce costs and increase the economic benefits of enterprises are put forward. Firstly, the theory of Six Sigma management is introduced. The definition of Six Sigma management, DMAIC and related management tools are expound. And then the necessity of improving the quality of YH company is discussed. Finally, the application of Six Sigma in caustic soda production process is described in detail.The practice of DMAIC method is carried out, and the results are evaluated and summarized. Through the application of Six Sigma in the production process of caustic soda, the improvement of YH company’s caustic soda production is made clearly, and the cost of caustic soda is analyzed. Then the main factors causing the higher failure rate of caustic soda are analyzed, and the improvement of the standard operation and improvement process are adopted. Through a series of improvement measures, not only improve the production quality of caustic soda, but also reduce the production cost, reduce the energy consumption, improve the enterprise management level and service quality, greatly enhanced the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper, the application of Six Sigma in the process of production of caustic soda in YH company has been studied, and a set of feasible plan is formed. The process and method of this plan have certain guiding significance and reference value for the similar or related industries to implement Six Sigma management.
