Finally, a combination of theoretical and practical basis, get the conclusion is choose and flexible use the logistics model will play a vital role in the entire supply chain, it will become enterprises to improve their competitiveness, and improve customer service into a higher level.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the background and significance of the topic. The third chapter, introduced Hangzhou LianhuaHuashang Group Co., Ltd., as well as its logistics and distribution center operations and existing problems. Start from the current issues of logistics mode, analysis of the situation of several logistics model, pointing out the place which Lianhua distribution centers need to improve.
