Retail chain as the main mode of operation of the twenty-first century retailing, more and more companies to join this mode, enjoy intensive effect of this chain brand brings, but it also exposed, logistics management factors need to follow up the retail chain management. With China’s accession to WTO, retail chains are increasingly opening up all kinds of policies, foreign retail giants continue to accelerate the pace of its expansion into China, the domestic retail chains face increasing competition pressure, had started to learn advanced logistics and distribution technology, improve their logistics management level. Moreover, China’s retail logistics want to get a leap breakthrough, in addition to the hardware and technological innovations, innovative logistics model is the most important part, it can greatly reduce the reaction time between supplier and the consumer. Currently, the logistics level is a key indicator to measure the level of modernization of retail chain business management, and the choice of logistics mode is connected directly related to the level of the retail distribution chain.The writing ideas of this paper are introduce the current retail chain, through-distribution centers directly delivery, through-transport and transfer transport, these four major commodity logistics model operation situation, use Hangzhou LianhuaHuashang Group Co., Ltd. logistics distribution center as the main object, through Activity-based costing analysis, showing the advantages and disadvantages of these four logistics model during the process and define the using scope. Finally, a combination of theoretical and practical basis, get the conclusion is choose and flexible use the logistics model will play a vital role in the entire supply chain, it will become enterprises to improve their competitiveness, and improve customer service into a higher level.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the background and significance of the topic. The second chapter is the theoretic knowledge, the article describes the main theoretical knowledge involved, including retail chain, logistics management, logistics model.. The third chapter, introduced Hangzhou LianhuaHuashang Group Co., Ltd., as well as its logistics and distribution center operations and existing problems. Start from the current issues of logistics mode, analysis of the situation of several logistics model, pointing out the place which Lianhua distribution centers need to improve. The fourth chapter is to address the problem through several algorithms compare the potential of logistics mode get the cooperation result, then proposed optimization model for Lianhua distribution centers. Basic text of Chapter V of the previous optimization scheme is proposed to consider the various factors that block implementation of the measures, the new program supply chain, such as distribution planning, system construction. Chapter VI of the application of retail chain logistics models were further thought, put forward the integrated use of four logistics model, in proportion to their current business configuration options for the operation of the status quo of logistics mode.
