With increasingly fierce competition in the financial markets, commercial Banks was the real factors profoundly realize that dominate the market customers, especially for commercial Banks to contribute huge core corporate client, so the legal person become the focus of Banks compete for core corporate customers, only to improve the quality customer satisfaction, to improve efficiency, obtain advantages in the competition. Therefore, the core corporate customers satisfied with the banking products and services or not is related to the survival and development of Banks. Guest satisfaction assessment of core corporate customers, can help the bank found the problem, improve management, to improve customer loyalty, and ultimately improve bank profitability has laid a solid foundation.Many years of practical experience prove that customer satisfaction and customer has a close connection between dependency and profit margins, to monitor the quality of customer satisfaction group enterprise is to obtain the purpose of the customers are not satisfied with the information, looking for opportunities to improve the quality of the product or service, achieve the objectives of the users are satisfied with last. Therefore, customer satisfaction is the existence and development of the bank is an important measure. In this paper, in combination with the author’s own rich work experience and industry expertise and reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature, on the basis of summarizing predecessors’ research results, this paper expounds the current situation of commercial bank customer satisfaction research and theoretical concepts, to F branch of agricultural bank of China’s corporate core customer as the research object to determine the influence factors of the commercial bank’s corporate customers satisfaction and its index, constructed on the basis of commercial bank corporate customer satisfaction evaluation model and system, through the design survey questionnaire to obtain relevant data information, with empirical research methods to analyze it, and puts forward optimizing Suggestions on existing problems. In this paper, we study the biggest innovations is through relatively perfect evaluation model to F branch of agricultural bank of China the core comprehensive analysis on customer satisfaction, and improve corporate core customer satisfaction by F branch of agricultural bank of China has made the specific promotion strategy, to provide the corporate core customer management related decision information support.
