Based on the study of developing status of Anxi Tea Cooperatives and the related theories of Agricultural Cooperatives in Domestic and overseas,the author designing questionnaires,visiting Tea institutions and Tea Cooperatives in Anxi County, concluded that registration date have no obvious influence on carrying out Vertical Integrated Strategy. However, the registered capital of Cooperative, amount of employees,the educated background of leader,registered trademark,Product Certification have significant effect on the Tea Cooperatives carry out Vertical Integrated Strategy.Tea cooperatives should develop multiple ways of Vertical integrated strategies to improve the competition of Tea cooperatives,such as Cooperative& Former and Company& Cooperative& Former, meanwhile,this thesis analyzed the advanced Vertical Integrated Strategy of Juyuan Tea Cooperative in longjuan, Anxi County and San’an Tea Cooperative in Gan’de, Aanxi County.The author believed that the solutions of Vertical Integrated strategy of Tea Cooperative are as follo ws:Firstly, reinforced the training situation,promote the knowledgement of leaders and employees; Secondly, learning the advanced experience of Agricultural Cooperative of Domestic and overseas.Thirdly,reinforced the Standardization management,paying attention to the safety of product;Fourth, promote the brand awareness, developing Green Marketing;Firth, the government should be playing a role in guidance; Sixth, develop The Secondary Industry and The tertiary industry with help of traditional cultural resources.;Seventh,developing Mini-marketing. |
