Study On The Financing Policy Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises Based On The Perspective Of Government

With the establishment and improvement of market economy system, small and medium enterprises have been developing rapidly. As of 2014, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises is 99.8%. In the world, the contradiction and problems are more prominent. In order to adapt to environmental change and new development, small and medium-sized enterprises in the pressure of survival and development, or active or passive to accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading, however, the problem has been severely restricted the development of small and medium enterprises, and its relatively small and medium financial institutions can provide a relatively low share of credit. In theory, the financing of SMEs in general use product upgrades, process equipment upgrades, the establishment of independent brands and marketing channels, to extend the industrial chain, the transfer of the market, industry transfer and other ways of transformation and upgrading. Firstly, this paper expounds the basic theory of small and medium-sized enterprise financing, combined with the government support policy for domestic small and medium enterprises financing status of the overall evaluation, the financing problem is analyzed, and further put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Finally, in Suzhou City, small and medium-sized enterprise financing present situation and policies of the government to support the research foundation, put forward to promote policy implementation, and strengthen the public service functions, strengthen the financial services, introduce and cultivate high-end talent, support small and medium-sized enterprise transformation and upgrading, as burden of small and medium-sized enterprises and government policy support the development direction.
