Therefore, for most enterprises in our country, the construction conforms to the enterprise development present situation to establish the unique enterprise culture, can enhance the enterprise core competitive power, and helps the enterprise to be able to stand in the fierce market competition for a long time.Taking Meishilin Group for the study,first of all, the basic content of enterprise culture is analyzed, and pointed the importance of the enterprise culture to the development of the enterprise. Secondly, the status quo of Meishilin enterprise culture construction is investigated. Through the analysis of data statistics, it points out the achievements and shortcomings in the construction of enterprise culture. Finally, according to the research results, it pointed out that the construction of enterprise culture in the Meishilin Group can promote the harmonious, sustainable and rapid development of enterprises,and then put forward the corresponding optimization scheme. It is hoped that this study can enrich the theory of enterprise culture, promote the development and expansion of Meishilin Group, so that the core competitiveness of enterprises can be improved.To some extent,it will guide the small and medium domestic enterprise culture construction to be implemented more efficiently.
