The Research On Risk Management Of The Agriculture Supply Chain Finance

In China’s rural financial system,the formal financial system plays a role of supporting,due to weakness of agriculture itself, many commercial financial institutions(the most are commercial banks) temporarily choose to avoid entering the agricultural field;but with exploration and innovation of some commercial banks in our country in recent years,as well as the reference of foreign rural financial practices and research experience,so far,the financing of new rural financial implementation has been successfully figured out,which is named after agricultural supply chain finance,and it improves the use efficiency of the fund and profitability,and also provides an effective way of entering rural finance for more commercial banks,at the same time, invigorating the agricultural economy.According to this,agricultural supply chain finance is of important practical significance for the development of agriculture in China,but in China,the theoretical researches have lagged behind,and are lack of the research on risk management of agricultural supply chain finance while mainly concentrating in the model application of the agricultural supply chain finance,and this is an important part of the development of the agricultural supply chain finance.According to the existing research results and the actual situation in China,this paper is trying to interpret and explore the risk management of the agricultural supply chain finance.Firstly,this paper will systematically introduce the general research situation of agricultural supply chain finance,including its emergence,concept and some specific application mode.Secondly,risk trigger points which may appear on every node of supply chain in agriculture will be described and analyzed while being considered in the working process of agricultural supply chain finance;after that,to be establishing a reasonable index system and making a credit risk factor analysis are done as a credit risk based prevention mechanism.Then,process control and risk response to the agricultural supply chain finance will be illustrated.Finally,a summary and the research prospect on risk management of agricultural supply chain finance will be done.
