As basic industrial power source, compressed air is produced by piston, screw or radial compressor. Because of the exactly demand for the oil and water content in the compressed air, the compressed air dryer industry is formed.Hangzhou RS Company, established in 1993, is a compressed air dryer equipment manufacturer. As the fierce competition increasing, the company has faced a lot of difficulties. Competitive strategies have to be adjust to enhance the company’s competitiveness.In this article, firstly, we analyzed the current situation and problems of company strategies. Secondly, we did the internal and external environment analysis, pointed out the advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and threat. Thirdly, we put forward the product competitive strategies, including brand competitive strategy, sale competitive strategy, service competitive strategy, quality competitive strategy and output competitive strategy. And at last, we pointed out the safeguard measures to complete produce competitive strategies.Through these analyses, we provided certain suggestions for Hangzhou RS Company, also for some other similar companies in this industry.
