For the talent strategy, it is to strengthen the management of the talent, only the staff salary arrangement is appropriate, so that it can prevent the loss of talent, and enhance the enthusiasm of the staff work, initiative, for the development of rural credit cooperatives.As the U. The research object of this paper is to discuss the reform of the rural credit cooperatives in Peony District. The improvement of the compensation system of rural credit cooperatives is the improvement of the system, and integrated into the assessment mechanism and incentive system, in the rural credit cooperatives in Peony District, the optimization of the existence of a lack of reasons, put forward to improve the efficiency of the use of people, with the same time, we should strengthen the recognition of enterprise compensation system.The compensation management system of rural credit cooperatives is not so easy to set up, but it is not easy to optimize.
