Core point of marketing of traditional liquid packaging equipment is rely on product quality, design, operation and pre sales information, but present market had broken away from relying on product quality and coming to the diversification of competitivemarket relying on core point which is after sales, experience and service. Therefore, in order to increase the customer occupancy and recognition on K company in liquid packaging equipment industry, need do optimization on marketing process management of after sales product of K company.This thesis adopt SWOT method firstly to analyze out the chance and challenge, disadvantage and advantage in front of K company, in accordance with several issue on marketing process management by brain storming method done by project stake holder, draw fishbone diagram of issue, make analysis on fishbone diagram and pareto diagram to find out two aspects of marketing process managementoptimization which is related with customer and spare parts management. Secondly, aim at these two aspects, adopt EISA method, provide specific optimization measure, and demonstrate the availability of marketing process management of after sales service product in accordance with automatic implementation. Major work and innovation point is as below:(1) This article makes emphasize analysis on issue of process of after sales, aim at proposing process optimistic solution by finding out issue in K company.(2) This thesismake task decomposition of after sales process in K company by WBS decomposition means, by means of finding out issue of after sales process in K company, aim at stake holder to make investigation and survey in order to find out main issue, by means of ESIA to make after sales process optimization.(3) This thesisrely on the means of after sales process optimization, combine with real situation of K company service center, implement automation construction of after sales process, introduce information automation structure by means of ESIA, make detail elaborate of customer management and spare parts management implementation solution of process optimization. Among them, use BP neutral network model make warehouse stock forecast in order to optimize the stock management.This thesis use ESIA method on marketing process management of after sales service product which is a loop iteration, the marketing process management need to follow up with company requirement, every time of loop iteration need to be done base on optimization one time before. Therefore, the method which provided by this thesis is guidance significance of process reconstruction of marketing process management of after sales service center of K company.
