As the pillar industry of the national economy, the financial industry can not only reflect the running state of the national economy, but also play a vital role in the economic development. As an important part of the financial services industry, banking industry is playing a pivotal role in the operation of the whole financial industry and the entire national economy. Commercial banks take the responsibility of financial intermediation, resource allocation and risk management functions in the process. The bank archives are kind of information resources recording the banks’ daily business management activities, which have most significance in economic and social life and should not be underestimated. The development of computer technology and information technology has made great changes to our lives.
