| The Ford Motor Company built the world's first shared service center in 1990's,since then,financial shared services center,as an important part of shared service center,is gradually accepted by the world as a financial management model.With the drive of globalization,many domestic large enterprises also implemented a financial sharing model in different extent.Sinopec financial Shared services center Dongying branch was first built and started the pilot run in June 2014,which marked the official start of the reform of enterprise financial management work of Sinopec.With the establishment of financial sharing mode,it will inevitably lead to the changes of the enterprise internal financial system and accounting archives management environment,so the enterprise must pay attention to the guide of the basic accounting work,especially the changes of the accounting archives management work.What influences financial shared service model can have on accounting archives management work,and how enterprises should deal with these influences,are the important issues our enterprise need to face at present.At first,this paper narrates the relevant background of the development about China's financial Shared services and accounting archives management,based on that,this paper expounds relevant theories of the financial shared services and accounting archives management.And then by comparing the general situation of accounting archives management of Chinese other enterprises with Sinopec financial sharing center of Dongying branch,this paper speculates the change of financial sharing mode under accounting archives management,analyzes the factors that affects accounting archives management in current situation and main problems of accounting archives management in Dongying branch,subsequently discusses the causes of existing problems and tries to put forward practical and operational suggestions in the hope of exerting great help on the financial shared services companies. |
