| When the price of factors of production such as land and Labor rise, industrial transfer and technology innovation occurs in the clothing industry which is labor-intensive, and then it start a new life circle. Regional transfer of textile and garment industry, that is also important driving force to promote the development of local economy, could lead to regional industrial structure optimization and reasonable layout and regional division of labor, which has important implications for regional economic development. The uncoordinated development of regional industry will bring serious problems, such as environmental degradation and excessive competition. Therefore, the coordinated development of regional textile and garment industry has caused a high attention of government, research institutes and enterprises. In this paper, factor analysis method is used for quantitative analysis of the factors which influence textile and garment industry through the regional economics, industry economics, economics of location theory, synergistics and the correlative theory, and the evaluation index system for the development of the textile and garment industry is established. Base on the coordinated development of regional economic theory, the countermeasures that build industry collaboration platform for the factor market countermeasures and optimize of regional industrial division of labor are put forward to promote the coordinated development, transformation, and upgrading of regional textile and garment industry by the analysis of macro environment, location advantages and industrial division of labor on textile and garment industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Results of this paper will provide a new train of thought and evaluation model for a single industry to optimize regional division of labor and the allocation of resources and promote regional industry competitiveness. It Will also make positive contributions to regional economic industrial development theory and have a certain reference value to help the government formulate plans for the development of the textile and garment industry. |
