Housing Quality Improvement Research Of S Company Based On Six Sigma Method

The quality of Products increasingly determines that whether the company will win in the competition. High-quality products can not only get the favor of customers and enhance the reputation and visibility of company, but also can reduce the cost. Therefore, we must continuously improve the quality in order to make the products in the market with strong competitiveness. Six Sigma management is a new advanced, scientific method of quality management model, which pursuit of continuous improvement of products based on total quality management. We usually use DMAIC process to solve problems witch include definition, measure, analysis improved and control sections.In this article, we use S manufacturing enterprises as the research object based on extensive relevant literature and several months of internship experience to analyze and research the products quality with the DMAIC method.First of all, we can know the products quality status by summarizing the production data and determine the possible reasons lead to quality problems through describing macroscopic processes and then make a clear improvement goal. Second, we make measurement system analysis, process capability analysis and the factors analysis that affect the process. And use the qualitative methods like causal analysis and quantitative methods such as Pareto and variance analysis to find out the reasons that result in quality problems and identify the key factors. Then Influencing factors were sorted and use robust parameter design to reduce the affect of factors. Thirdly, we evaluate the results of the program and use of control charts to maintain the achievements witch make the Cp improved from 0.83 to 1.32. And the goal that reduces the product quality defects, costs, and improves customer satisfaction has been achieved through the program.
