Acquisition and merging is a significant approach to efficiently accumulating capital, occupying resources and expanding market for enterprises. With the rapid development of market economy and the speeding up of economic integration, the world economy is celebrating the sixth merger and acquisition opportunities. With China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, China economy entered a rapid development stage, has increasingly become an important part of the world economy. The economy with the rapid development of China’s economic structure increasingly reasonable, from the start of this century, our part in the rapid development of the group company also began to join the enterprise mergers and acquisitions in the queue. However, domestic and foreign enterprises to implement the overall effect is not so optimistic as expected after the merger, for this reason, people have different opinions, but one thing is agreed that the integration after incorporation is not only the key of success, but also the work much more complex and difficult than acquisition itself. Based on the above theory, with the cultural differences between the two sorts of firms, We analyzed the problems of cultural integration in merger and acquisition of ST Architectural Design Institute and the possible reasons for these problems, and designed the integrating thought and the corresponding measures for the new corporate culture, in order to provide some practical application or concept exploration for new corporate culture integration.
