With the globalization speeding up, the companies have to speed up the development of its own, cooperation among the enterprises or mergers and acquisitions becoming an effective way to realize the quick development of the enterprises. The world economy is keeping unstable development momentum in recent years, especially in 2009, the global economic crisis has made an impact for many multination companies, having more ones led to the bankruptcy of enterprises directly. The market of the North America and the European were affected badly and had gotten great loss. It drafted many kinds of rescue plans and measures, the mutual cooperation among the companies, mergers and acquisitions is an effective way to make the companies out of the woods. However, according the study of many scholars, the successful cases of mergers and acquisitions are very few. According the study of the failure factor, found that cause the failure of merger an acquisition or merger of enterprise development is not smooth the main reason is that the failure of cultural integration. M&A enterprises, therefore, the two sides should attach great importance to the work of cultural integration, and analysis the cultural differences of the two sides, and choosing the suitable mode for both of enterprise cultural integration.Introducing the case is Fiat group merger Chrysler Group, according to the theory of integration of enterprises M&A theory and cultural theory basis, drawing the lessons from the commonly used four enterprises cultural integration model, respectively in the national cultural differences and enterprise cultural differences two dimensions in stages the research of enterprise M&A cultural integration mode choices.
