The main purpose of this paper is to study the performance appraisal system of New Century Hotel management and put forward the improvement scheme, the middle-level manager’s performance appraisal system more scientific and reasonable. This paper mainly includes the following parts: first, a detailed analysis of the mainstream theory of the existing performance management; two, full investigation and analysis of existing performance evaluation methods of New Century Hotel to middle management based on, and the existing problems in the performance appraisal system; three, the use of performance appraisal theory, combined with the New Century Hotel middle managers’ performance appraisal, performance evaluation system of the middle-level managers of new design; fourth, on may encounter later in the implementation process of performance appraisal system of middle managers obstacles were analyzed, and put forward and solve the security scheme; finally, summarizes the full text, and the implementation of a late New Century Hotel the performance appraisal system of middle level managers are discussed.The original intention of this paper, is to solve the existing performance appraisal system of New Century Hotel middle management problems through scientific performance management theory, for the hotel to establish and provide a theoretical basis to improve on the middle manager performance appraisal system.
