Study On The Influence Of Enterprise Behavior To The Public Happiness

Since the reform and opening, the social economy rapid development, social wealth increase rapidly, people’s living standards have improved. In this background, although the social overall development situation is good, the members of the community of quality of life has improved significantly, but the perception and recognition of happiness of life for people is not high, and show different state. This is likely to trigger out all kinds of social problems.Influence of enterprise behavior to the social public happiness could be reflected in many aspects, such as the occurrence of vicious competition between the deterioration of the social public interests of the laborers’ legal, legitimate rights and interests of contempt, product quality varies greatly, the food safety worries, living environment and the enterprise to the consumer rights and interests damage and various commercial immoral behavior, let the public found negative effects caused by the behavior of enterprises, rejection and neglect of these behaviors can from different aspects of social public welfare cause negative effect.In this paper, on the basis of Marx’s relevant theory and stakeholder theory, corporate social responsibility theory, analyzes the enterprise behavior of the dual effects of the social public happiness. In this paper, on the basis of enterprise behavior and compactness of interdependence between the social public, are analyzed from the aspects of multiple enterprise behavior on the influence of the social public happiness. In this paper, the positive behavior and negative behavior of the enterprise and the social public happiness combine research, make the enterprise to realize its economic goals should be linked with social responsibility, and actively advocate for social public to improve happiness good corporate behavior, promote the realization of the social public happiness, and consciously eliminate or resist damage the social public enterprise behavior of happiness. To build harmonious relation between enterprise behavior and the social public happiness, to promote the harmonious development of society as a whole.This paper analyzes the enterprise behavior on social public happiness brought about by the positive and negative effects, puts forward the transformation of enterprise behavior, government policy guidance, national laws, the public media publicity and public supervision from several aspects such as to eliminate the negative influence for the social public happy enterprise behavior of Suggestions and countermeasures.
