In the era of knowledge economy is coming, knowledge has become the basis for the core competitiveness of the organizational structure, regardless of theory or practice of community knowledge important role in promoting innovation, enhance and maintain a competitive advantage in the transfer of a considerable consensus. However, due to the practice of exclusive knowledge and themselves invisible and not measurable characteristics such companies can not effectively achieve the transfer of knowledge, especially knowledge-embedded staff, its exclusive knowledge brings power and business negotiations mobility of employees for organizational performance would have a huge impact.For employees possess a sense of the essence of knowledge is a psychological territory of performance. Territory is created by the introduction of biological science in the field of organizational behavior an emerging topic, relevant research is very uncommon.
