With the deterioration of the environment, the government pays more attention to the development of new energy vehicles, and also adopts policies to encourage the development of new energy vehicles, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Tianjin. A variety of support policies are adopted, including new energy vehicles parking fee demission, cancellation of purchase tax, concession of the charge fee, car quota system and so on. Various incentive policies and subsidies are promoting the development of the new energy vehicles, however, after a few years, how these new energy vehicles policies impact on consumer purchase intention?Taking the consumer who has the willingness to buy cars as the research object, this paper carried out a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to the group, try to solve the following questions:how government policies impact on consumer purchase intention,what specific policies impact on consumer purchase intention including direct incentive policies, indirect policies, and supporting policies. This paper uses the SPSS statistical software to solve the above problems.By analyzing and summarizing, the article found that the consumer purchase intention is low, the influence of the government policies on consumer is “general impact”, but in the high level, the influence of subsidies on consumer is high. Subsidies, the degree of public charging stations, the reduction of purchase tax, and the consumer purchase intention have significantly active correlation, these three variables regression coefficients reached a significant level, the degree of public charging stations and government subsidies impact on consumer purchase intention is high.
