| Along with the service economy develops, Services have become the main force to promote the development of economy. As an important part in the services, Producer Services have high concentration, high intellectual and high employment characteristics, and become an important mode to promote the development of urban economy. Cluster is an important characteristic of Producer Services, it has played an important role in promoting industrial structure optimized and having a change in the pattern of economic growth, as well as it leads manufacture and services upgrades, promoting employment growth and regional economic development.The government of Jiangxi Province has done lots of work to promote the development of Producer Services, but they also have some problems, such as the scale is small, the chain is not complete, the supporting capacity is lacking, and they have not been solved fundamentally. For this purpose, we develop thematic studies in this paper and choose Producer Services as the research object, and have a empirical analysis for the cluster and influencing factors of Producer Services in Jiangxi, finding out the key factors and promoting economy sustainable development.This article can be divided into four parts. Firstly, we determine the research scope of Producer Services. On the basis of combing the concept and classification of Producer Services, the research objects include transportation industry, information services, business services, finance services, science and technology services. Secondly, we research Producer Services spatial cluster degree in Jiangxi. we bring in the index of spatial Gini coefficient (G) and Location quotient (LQ), the result shows:the cluster level of Industries is not high, all keeping in 0.01-0.25; the degree of cluster is concentrated relatively in Jingdezhen, Jiujiang, Ganzhou, Jian and Shangrao; there are differences between in industries and cities. Thirdly,we research the cluster influence factors for Producer Services. As "Diamond model" the analysis framework, we choose the cluster level of Producer Services (S) as the dependent variable, the eight independent variables are labor resources(K),direct investment(I), science and technology development level(T), industrial development level (Ind),economic development level (E),infrastructure level(R), the urban scale (C) and the government support(G).Then we have the empirical econometric analysis through GeoDa software for the ordinary least squares estimation (OLS), spatial lag model (SLM) and spatial error model (SEM), finding out the key factors as labor resources(K), infrastructure level(R), industrial development level (Ind) and the government support(G). Fourth, we put forward some advices. The advices include these:introduce human resources, set up specialized talents system; promote the construction of infrastructure, play a linkage effect in the cities; consolidate manufacture base, promote the cluster development of manufacture industry; improve the policies and regulations, guide industry layout scientifically and so on. |
