Increasingly fierce market competition exerts huge pressure on enterprises to reduce costs and enhance productivity, of which the equipment is the basic guarantee of production activities and it is attached great importance gradually by enterprises. Therefore, reasonable maintenance policies for enterprise to reduce the maintenance cost and improve the production efficiency is of great significance. At present, just a little of the maintenance policies consider the factors closely related to equipment maintenance, such as production scheduling. And it is lack of research on preventive maintenance policy for specific production system. This paper based on the theory of reliability, research on equipment preventive maintenance strategy with imperfect maintenance. To solve the equipment sequential preventive maintenance model under multiple target.The main contents are as follows:Firstly, elaborate equipment maintenance related theory and reliability maintenance thought, including the definition of maintenance and reliability, equipment performance decline rule, Weibull parameters estimation method and other related concepts and mathematical basis. Using the analysis method based on RCM system equipment maintenance decision analysis, the analysis results provide decision basis for equipment preventive maintenance multi-objective strategy.Secondly, based on enterprise considering many factors when making equipment preventive maintenance decision, a sequential preventive maintenance strategy is put forward, this strategy based on equipment reliability constraints, maintenance cost as far as possible low and availability as far as possible big. Choose the imperfect preventive maintenance way, considering the dynamic preventive maintenance cost at the same time, establish the multi-objective model of equipment preventive maintenance based on reliability limit. By controlling the maintenance cost and availability’s weight coefficient, to get the optimal preventive maintenance plan under corresponding weights.Thirdly, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly optimization algorithm, an improved adaptive simulated annealing genetic algorithm(ASAGA) is proposed to solve the model. Then the parameters and the operator in the algorithm is analyzed and designed. And the process of solving the model by ASAGA is build. Using the example to analysis the model and algorithm’s validation.Finally, in the actual case, using the RCM analysis to determine the important degree of different equipment in the system and determine the maintenance way. Put an important equipment for example, through the analysis of equipment failure data, solve the model with ASAGA in the MATLAB platform. Through the analysis of the calculation results of model, the feasibility of models can be verified and the improvement of the integrated model is reflected. At the same time, solve the integrated model with GA, AGA, comparing with ASAGA to verify the improvement of the improved algorithm.
