The Research About Yan’an New-Type Urbanization

Urbanization is the process that the rural surplus labor force come into the cities from the countryside and adapt to city life. At the end of 2014, China’s urbanization rate has reached 54.77%, the achievement that China got attracts worldwide attention. With the development of economy, the traditional urbanization patterns are no longer suitable for China’s current national conditions, China urgently need a new urbanization theory to guide the construction of China’s urbanization.In this context, The party central committee summarizes the experience and lessons, gradually explore a path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics- the new road of urbanization.Yan ’an urbanization rate has reached 55.82%, the effect was obvious in urbanization construction,but there are also some problems. In this paper the author based on the urbanization process of yan ’an as the research object, analysis the problem of Yan ’an urbanization construction with the new urbanization construction theory,aims to put forward specific measures for Yan ’an new urbanization construction.This article firstly reviews the process about putting the new urbanization theory,point out the meaning and characteristics of the new theory of urbanization. From four aspects(economic power, population shift, infrastructure and environment) build evaluation system to evaluation Yan ’an new urbanization construction level and find out the existing problems. And then put forward the Yan ’an new urbanization construction goal and the path to achieve this goal :put the new theory of urbanization as the carrier,three major industry coordinated development,to promote by the market and government, urban and rural areas coordinated development, Districts and counties development according to their actual situation, the path of the population, resources, environment coordinated development. Finally put forward the countermeasures: adjust the industrial structure, Development of county economy, implement the urbanization of farmers into the city, build ecological civilization system.
