The Research Of Model Of Technological Innovation Partner Selection Based On Patent Information

With the advent of open innovation era of knowledge economy, if companies rely on their own resources for technological innovation,it is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of the market. Many companies began to seek new ways of technological innovation, and technological innovation cooperation is the main way of technological innovation. Enterprises cooperate with other enterprises, universities and research institutions to develop new technologies. Selection of partners is the basis for successful cooperation projects of technological innovation, therefore, to study how to select technical innovation partners has important theoretical and practical significance.The model of technological innovation partner selection based on patent information is proposed in the social network and data mining to select partners for technological innovation. To select partners for technological innovation, this article combines of social network analysis and data mining technology to establish a technological innovation partner selection model based on patent information. This method can effectively utilize existing data to establish the patent cooperation networks, identify network center, establish partner selection model on data mining, and give guidance for the actual technical innovation partner selection.This paper studies the social network analysis and data mining applications in technological innovation partner selection. The method first introduces domestic and international technical innovation partner selection, and various methods are compared. On the basis of proposed, this paper uses social network analysis and data mining methods to establish technical innovation partner selection model. Patent cooperation network is based on social network analysis and network visualization techniques to study the trends of patented technology, and network centrality in-depth. The patent cooperation network can effectively describe the network characteristics of the patent cooperation to provide effective guidance for the selection of technical innovation partners. Then the paper uses SPSS Clementine mining tools to establish technical innovation cooperation patentee clustering model, analyzes the results of the clustering model, evaluates and draws selection strategy based on technical innovation partner on patent information.In this paper, it has great value to establish the identification of technological innovation partners on the social network analysis and data mining technology. Model results show that the partner selection model approach is of science, basically in line with the actual situation, can provide the necessary information and forecast solutions for decision-makers. The technology innovation partner selection model has important significance for solving the problem of partner selection.
