The manage-mental model of agricultural mechanization is an organizational form composed of mainly of machine operator,which aimed at pursuing higher comprehensive benefits and improving agricultural production conditions to achieve an organic unity of the operating entities,agricultural production resources,and comprehensive benefits.The manage-mental model of agricultural mechanization is related to the best combination of agricultural machinery, agricultural production, and the laborer, so which has exactly an impact on the speed of development,economic benefit,social benefit, and ecological benefit of agricultural mechanization.Reasonable manage-mental model of agricultural mechanization is extremely important to promote the development of agricultural mechanization, on the contrary, unreasonable manage-mental model of agricultural mechanization would result in inadequate role of agricultural mechanization, poor investment in agricultural machinery,low productivity of the unit,and poor economic benefit,which would restrict the development of agricultural mechanization.The manage-mental model of agricultural mechanization in our country had gone through the state-owned business and the later stage of collective management,then entered into an era of market economy mainly including operating independently of existing agricultural,agricultural machinery professional,and stock cooperative, etc, and different areas formed various development situations using different manage-mental models of agricultural mechanization,according to diverse agricultural production conditions.Jilin is divided in three regions including eastern mountains,platform of central plains and meadows,lakes,wet land and sand of west regions,so agricultural mechanization division in Jilin is different between eastern mountains and mid-western plains, major characteristics of agricultural mechanization development of eastern mountains are small and medium-sized agricultural machinery and operating independently of existing agricultural.However,with the development of modernized agriculture,thedisadvantages of the modelisincreasingly obvious.Individual farmers do not still have enough money to buy agricultural implements relative to the support of national investment,Nevertheless,the rise of agricultural machinery cooperation and large agricultural machinery just can make up for the shortcoming of single household, and effectively solve the problems of labor transfer, capital shortage,introduction of technology,and equipment maintenance, etc.Therefore, There is no inevitable relation between mid-miniaturization of agricultural machinery of the eastern mountainous area and independent business model of dispersed farmers,small and medium-sized agricultural mechanization could adopt the manage-mental model of agricultural machinery joint-stock cooperative or large agricultural machinery to make agricultural machinery management mode from adverse situation of cofigurative diversification to Standardly and scientifically favorable situation.This article introduces the development of agricultural mechanization and agricultural machinery management mode in china,by comparing the domestic and foreign agricultural machinery development and combining the real situation that different territories result in the unbalanced development of agricultural machinery. Agricultural mechanization and its business pattern were investigated and studied in eastern mountainous area of Jilin province. The most suitable agricultural machinery operation mode were found out for speeding up the development of agricultural mechanization the eastern of mountainous area by collecting a large number of relevant data and carry on theory analysis.The article takes advantage of SPSS software respectively carry out factor analysis and regression analysis,21 agricultural cooperatives and 14 large agricultural machinery were sampled to carry on theory analysis,the best business model found out is agricultural machinery cooperative mode,the main factors which constrain agricultural machinery management pattern are machine maintenance and standard of culture of the workers,the costs of fuel and wages are followed by,the most difficult problem is that support system of the government have not been putted into practice and have been operated irregularly and so on,according to the present situation of agricultural machinery management of the eastern mountain in Jilin,the methods and strategies were proposed to provide theoretical bases and decision-making references for the development of agricultural mechanization of the eastern mountainous area in Jilin.
