Since the national implementation of the western development, after 10 years of booming development, Xinjiang enterprise no matter in the quantity and quality have a lot of ascension, the economy of Xinjiang is in a high-speed development period.The development of Xinjiang’s economy is an important part of implementing the strategy of our country enterprises in Xinjiang and the development of economy to promote China’s economic stability and healthy development has a very important role. Along with the construction of the new Silk Road Economic Zone, Xinjiang is the core of the "new Silk Road " to a strategic position and importance is more prominent. In the current economic situation, it is of big significance to improve Xinjiang’s economic and enterprise development. However, Xinjiang enterprises want to achieve long-term development cannot do without the key resources of entrepreneurs. Outstanding entrepreneurs can make limited resources for optimal combination, in the complex environment with a strategic vision for the future development of enterprises specified in the right direction, and constantly find opportunities so as to promote the rapid growth of the continuous development of enterprise. The entrepreneur capital as a special enterprise is the extremely important and necessary resources of the development of enterprise, the characteristics also affects the growth of enterprises in a certain degree. The same conditions, the different characteristics of different entrepreneurs would cause them to make different choices, thereby influencing on enterprise growth will be different. Therefore, based on xinjiang, study the effect of entrepreneur characteristics of xinjiang enterprise growth to promote the development of xinjiang regional economy has a very profound theoretical significance and practical application value.In this paper, based on the analysis of entrepreneur trait theory, entrepreneur theory, enterprise growth theory and the characteristics of entrepreneurs and enterprise growth theory and related literature review, combined with the actual situation of Xinjiang, from the geographical thinking, emergency disposal, public relations, social responsibility, self-learning, the 7 dimensions of strategic decision-making and effective management to construct the research model study on effect of entrepreneurship and assumption of Xinjiang enterprises, and to analyze the characteristics of Xinjiang entrepreneurs and business growth related data by using spass20.0 and statistical software, based on the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, through the questionnaire survey data were collected by correlation analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis in order to verify the hypothesis. Draw the following conclusions: Xinjiang regional thinking entrepreneurs and business growth significantly negatively correlated; emergency disposal, entrepreneurs, public relations, self learning, strategic decision-making, effective management and Xinjiang business growth significantly positive correlation; the correlation of entrepreneur’s social responsibility and enterprise growth in Xinjiang is not obvious but the overall positive correlation; in general, the entrepreneur trait has a significant positive correlation the growth of enterprises of Xinjiang. Finally, according to the empirical results the cultivation of Xinjiang entrepreneurs are proposed: to establish and perfect the healthy growth environment for entrepreneurs; strengthening education and training to enhance the strategic awareness and management level; To strengthen the risk consciousness raising entrepreneurs ability of emergency disposal; expanding interpersonal network to improve entrepreneur’s public relations ability; to speed up the construction of entrepreneur exchange platform to improve the entrepreneurs’ strategic decision-making ability; improve the incentive mechanism to enhance the awareness of social responsibility of entrepreneurs, by strengthening the construction of the Xinjiang entrepreneurs to promote the growth of enterprises which point out the direction. Finally this paper points out the shortcomings and future research.
