Agricultural Development Bank of China as the only company of our country agricultural policy financial institutionsundertakecommercial financial business that is specified and approved by thestate,shoulder the historical mission of the construction of new socialist countryside., Agricultural Development Bank of China plays an important role in solving the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", safeguard national food security, maintenance grain and oil market price stability and interests of farmers.X city located in central China region, as economic less developed areas, and needs to improve its investment environment in order to build a new socialist countryside and a welloff society,which needa long way to go.
