As a large population city in Hebei Province and a core city of Jing-Jin-Ji, Baoding occupies a very important strategic position. To realize the coordinated development of Beijing and Tianjin, Baoding, not only to overcome the cliff in economic and demographic, the cliff in social security can not be ignored, neither. In recent years, Baoding increase investment in money and manpower of social security, enjoning a gratifying development prospects.Pension merger is a long and arduous task. We must coordinate distribution of benefits and power adjustment among different groups in the reform process, to avoid adding to social disharmony and instability. Combining with their own actual situation, Baoding should adhere to the principle of the merger of the pension. It should reform from several levels, such as strengthening education, reducing resistance to change, promoting the pension entering market, increasing the ability to preserve value, liminating the gap between the treatment industry, increasing a sense of fairness of community members. |
