Comprehensive Investment Decision Analysis Of Leisure Tourism Project Planning In Xinjiang

In recent years, Chinese tourism industry has entered a stage of rapid development, at the same time, with the release of the national tourism and leisure programs and the growing popularity of the concept of “green" and "ecological",tourism all around China grow fast, and the development of tourism projects bloom into popularity.The development and construction of tourism projects is a marginal interdiscipline involving numbers of other disciplines. As the existing research of tourism projects planning are mostly based on the design procedures, there is a disconnection problem between projects plan and investment-benefit analysis,meanwhile the issue didn’t get enough attention and guidance in the progress of projects planning. Investment decision-making is right or wrong is such important as the high risk of the tourism investment, and it also has a direct influence on the whole effect of the investment and the returns of the investors.Based on the systematic review of the research results of investment decision-making theory and project investment decision-making theory, and relevant research results, this thesis point out that, previous construction of tourism projects investment decision-making model only considered the financial data and risks,ignoring non-financial index and risk index system concerned to projects investment decision-making. For now, non-financial index in tourism projects investment decision-making has played an increasingly important role. This thesis try to apply non-financial index to tourism projects investment decision-making to establish tourism projects investment decision-making model, from the basis of traditional investment decision-making methods, there by to solve the disconnection problem and provide basic files for systematic feasibility study of tourism project.On the premise that the index system is certain, this thesis use analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy analysis method to establish the evaluation system of tourism projects investment decision-making. In the end, the thesis discuss from the aspects of background, environmental analysis, general project plan and investment-benefit analysis, taking the example of Hong Shan Manor in Shanshan of Xinjiang. Based on the traditional investment decision-making methods,the thesis identify weight of the four levels in enterprise risk system with AHP, and the enterprise risk status with fussy analysis method. Furthermore, the thesis elaborated the whole process of real option model application, it is how to predict the economic benefits, and get the scientific investment decision-making results. Italso has important influence on other tourism projects.Through the investment-benefit analysis research of Xinjiang Leisure tourism projects planning, this thesis explore a more scientific and systematic way of tourism projects planning and construction. So as to make full use of existing human and financial resources, and effectively constructed tourism projects, thus achieving the utmost economic, ecological and social benefits.
