Collaboration Mechanism Of Project Management For Large Equipment Service-oriented Manufacturing

Service-oriented manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing mode, and it is a new kind of industrial pattern combining manufacturing and services together. With the proceeding of global economic integration, large equipment manufacturing enterprises gradually transform themselves from the traditional equipment manufacturing model to a service-oriented manufacturing model. During the course of transition, large equipment manufacturing enterprises are facing many problems of collaborative project management including target, information, organization, and so on. As for large equipment manufacturing enterprises, the main problem of their transition is how to construct a service-oriented manufacturing project’s coordination mechanism, realize the coordinated management of service-oriented manufacturing project, and further enhance the enterprise’s core competitiveness.Based on the theoretical research of Service-Oriented Manufacturing and project coordination management, the synergy mechanism of Large Equipment ServiceOriented Manufacturing(LESOM) project management system was researched. By using system analysis method on the background and content of LESOM were analyzed, LESOM model was established. Based on the project organizational conflict, the collaborative requirements of LESOM project management was analyzed, and the collaborative model of LESOM project management was build.Focusing on quality, time limit, cost and service of the project as multi-objective coordination problem, based on the improved contract net model.by introducing the coordination degree coefficient, the multi-objective coordination mechanism was set up for the project quality, time limit, cost and service. For information coordination in the process of the whole life cycle of LESOM, on the basis of information flow analysis, the information coordination mechanism of LESOM project was built based on information sharing platform project.The research content was effective through the application instanceLESOM mode, LESOM cooperative project management system model, multitarget collaboration mechanisms and information collaboration mechanism provide new ideas and methods for enterprises to make the Service-Oriented manufacturing collaborative, and give support on technique aspect for the transformation and upgrading of large equipment manufacturing enterprises.
