With the continuous development of tourism industry and the deepening of the Internet technology, improving the tourism mobile e-commerce which relies on the tourism experience is occupying more and more important status in the development of tourism industry, and gradually growing into the backbone of the emerging industry in China.However, as the tourism mobile e-commerce market expanded gradually, more and more enterprises, businessmen join the tourism of mobile e-commerce, followed by merchants in order to improve the user correlation degree between the fierce competition. How to have a share from the huge profits pie in the drastic tourism m-electronic commerce competition is an important issue of all tourism mobile e-commerce businesses to have to face.On the other hand, the expansion of tourism mobile e-commerce, not only providing tourists with wide variety of tourism products and services, but also provide a much richer set of options at the same time. However, in the face of so much tourism products and services information, how can tourists quickly and accurately choose the tourism products and services to their needs, also has become the tourists concerned topic.Based on this background, tourist mobile e-commerce platform based on the personalized recommendation arises at the historic moment. The platform can grasp the key data from rich data information of tourists and dig potential tourism consumers for merchants, group tourism products and services for the tourists, expanding the scope of the sales, but also can improve the correlation of the old user. For tourists, tourism mobile e-commerce platform based on the personalized recommendation can recommend individualization product for tourists based on tourists’ preferences and interests, enable tourists to choose goods rapid and accurate in mass tourism product information, reduce the waste of time in the selection process and provide more personalized service. Therefore, whether for tourism businesses or tourists, tourism mobile e-commerce platform based on personalized recommendation do have huge development prospects and application value.In this paper, research of tourist mobile e-commerce platform designing based on the personalized recommendation for specific tourist crowd for budget travelers, personalized recommendation and organic combination of mobile e-commerce platform. This paper introduces the personalized recommendation and tourism mobile e-commerce technology prospects first, and then research tourism mobile electronic commerce platform designing in the demand, and try to distinguish the level of the platform from the macro layer in different system design and complete different function, then design in detail respectively from the tourist system for mobile electronic commerce the foreground and background system process of system, and explain the key data tables of database.Tourist mobile e-commerce platform based on personalized recommendation can not only promote the tourists into travel experience, but also promote the development of tourism industry, it has great application value. However, for research and application of tourism mobile e-commerce platform, there are still a long way to go.
