Small businesses play an important role in national economic and social development of their technological innovation, an active market, stable employment. In recent years, in order to promote employment and support entrepreneurial development, government and commercial banks have increased efforts to support small businesses. Banks must accelerate the development of small business credit business because of the strong market demand for small business credit and banking traditional credit market competition.To meet the credit needs of small businesses Commercial banks through continuous innovation to accelerate the transformation of the mode of operation. at the same time, improving their competitive advantage in the fierce competition market. the banks in our country are rely on high interest model has been developed for many years, which giving huge profits every year But the rigidity of the interest rate formation mechanism is inhibition the credit market activity, increasing financing costs.
