Further promotion of market-oriented interest rate reformation isbound to run commercial banks, especially loan pricing profound impact.Based on the background that market-oriented interest rate reform processcontinues to advance and our economy is still in a "double" transformation,this paper studies the best loan pricing strategy for our commercial banksunder this underground. After exploring the current situation of themarket-oriented loan rate reformation, the loan interest rate pricingby commercial banks, we compare the difference and the applicability forcommercial banks in China between current commercial bank loan pricingmodels. Then we further explore the characteristics and evolution of thecurrent trend of commercial banks’ loan pricing model in China byempirical analysis. We conclude that under the process of market-orientedinterest rate reformation, commercial banks should take the pricingstrategy of benchmark interest rate bonus mode. Specific forms of pricingstrategy is " value=loan pricing benchmark interest+interest ratefluctuations". Commercial banks could effectively adjust their pricingstrategy to the requirements of market-oriented interest ratereformation by this pricing strategy.
