The Research On The Mode Of County Economic Development Based On The Background Of New Urbanization In Hengshui

As the basic unit of National Economy, the County Economy is an effective hub to connect the urban and rural economy. Its development situation reflects and restricts the quality of “Livehood Economy”.With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the process of urbanization is being adjusted and promoted constantly. The 18 th National Congress of the CPC put forward clearly that the New Urbanization is the necessary requirement for economic and social development. In September 2014, the State Council Premier Li Keqiang chaired a forum on pilot work of constructing New Urbanization and pointed out that the current economic development in our country maintains rapid growth and is moving towards high levels.So it is necessary to make use of this powerful engine.Hengshui started rather late in Hebei Province. It is a young city and its Couty Economy is the major structure for the city’s comprehensive development. Recently, although the County’s economic development in the city has made significant achievements, it remains the middle and lower level in the whole province. In the context of new situation and development background, it is facing with further transformation and upgrading. Existing a amount of rural surplus labors, low value-added industrial products,lacking in development of information in some counties(cities) and the poor ecological environment of County are the current bottleneck in restricting the rapid development of the County economy in Hengshui city.Therefore, basing on the background of New Urbanization, how to combine the requirements of the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, discussing and studying the mode of County economic development in Hengshui has an important and practical significance to promote the improvement of the city and the similar parts or even to the entire province’s economy.On the basis of carding and summarizing systematically with domestic and foreign literature results on the Urbanization and the County Economy, the first and the second chapters sketch the research status at home and abroad,the related concepts and the basic theory. The third chapter summarizes and discusses about the typical modes and successful experiences of the county economic development in domestic and foreign countries,in order to lay the early experience and guidance basis to discuss the choice about the development of Hengshui’s county economy.Through establishing the evaluation and classifying system of county economic development,including the Factor and Clustering analysis, in order to provide a scientific basis about discovering the dividing ways in the modes of county economic development.As the important chapter of the paper, the fifth makes an elaboration about the economic status of Hengshui and its counties.Then,we analysis in the individual and comprehensive evaluation of Hengshui’s 10 counties by the Factor analysis method and ues the Clustering analysis to classify.In addition,we also points the existing problems of its county under the background and requirement of New Urbanization.Finally, according to the specific development status and characteristics of various counties(cities),combining with the above analysis and discussion and in fully grasping the content and requirements of New Urbanization and the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the paper summaries different modes of the County economic development.At the same time, basing on Marxist Philosophy, fully understanding and grasping the relationship between commonness and individuality and in view of the existing problems and contradictions during the development of County Economy in Hengshui, we put forward some relevant suggestions in order to provide necessary reference in promoting the County Economy to develop effectively and rapidly.
