In recent years, with the rapid changes of the steel market, steel enterprises competition further intensified, for small and medium private iron and steel enterprises, in order to achieve continuous development in the competition, must implement the talent strategy to establish and cultivate, attract and retain key talent, to build the enterprise’s core competitive ability, and the reasonable salary system construction and perfect is the key to implement the strategy of talents. Hebei XD Steel Corp is a production of angle and screw thread steel of small and medium-sized private enterprises, in order to effectively stimulate staff’s enthusiasm and the initiative, improve organizational efficiency, attract and retain a qualified and competitive workforce, the workshop production of lean management system adapt to the recent years the importance of company, optimize design of the company salary system, this paper carried out based on this thesis research work.This paper mainly includes three parts, first the status quo existing salary system of XD company to carry on the concrete description and in-depth analysis, combined with the questionnaire and interviews on the staff, summarizes the main problems the company compensation system; secondly, the implementation of the specific situation of XD company, lean management, put forward the optimization goal and compensation the concrete framework, application of job evaluation and performance pay and other methods, and puts forward the scheme of the optimization of the salary system of XD company; finally, the problems of salary system reform and the implementation process of new conducted a detailed analysis, and put forward the deficiencies and future reform of salary system development direction suggestion.In this paper, the lean compensation system optimization design scheme of XD company management background, can help XD company to further improve the salary management system, and construct a compensation system for similar enterprises with certain reference significance and perfect.
