In recent years, the rapid development throughout the world of venture capital shows that venture capital has more and more obvious impact on the technology advances. At present, Viet Nam’s rapid economic growth, needs a lot of money to promote the development of high-tech industries, mainly targeted high-tech enterprises and venture capital to meet Viet Nam needs of economic development. Venture capital can promote sustainable economic development, and can finally bring about the optimization of the industrial structure upgrading. Based on Viet Nam wind venture capital industry as it is my main subject, I have focused on the effects of venture capital that promote upgrading of the industrial structure.The writing of this paper is based on Viet Nam studies of venture capital industry around its role to promote upgrading of the industrial structure. This Paper can divided into six chapter: The first chapter is the introduction part. It describes the research background, its meaning and some mainland and other oversea related literatures. It also introduces the structural arrangements and the innovation points.The second chapter discusses the study of correlation between risk investment and the upgrading of the industrial structure. In this chapter we first elaborated the theory of venture investment and upgrading of the industrial structure.Secondly we analyzes the effects of venture capital in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure, and finally the mechanisms of venture capital’s role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.The third chapter gives an analyses of the Viet Nam development situation of venture capital and industrial structure.The fourth chapter is an in-depth analysis of Viet Nam venture capital’s development role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.The fifth chapter is the Viet Nam analysis factors that promote upgrading of the industrial structure of venture capital.Final chapter is Viet Nam’s own propos of accelerating the development of the venture capital promotion of Viet Nam countermeasure of industrial structure upgrading. |
