Studies On Optimization Of HT Enterprise’s Procurement Mechanism Under The Perspective Of Supply Chain Management

The thought of supply chain management under the background of economic globalization is produced by a new enterprise management mode.Over the past 20 years, with rapid and stable development of the theory of supply chain management, supply chain management under the perspective of purchasing management has a qualitative leap.On the basis of introduction of supply chain management and procurement management related theories, the paper taking HT company as the research object, in order to resolve the listing goal-oriented,combined with years of work experience in the field and putting HT company’s purchasing mechanism in the perspective of supply chain management to research. The paper analyzed HT enterprise’s buying patterns and problems from the procurement process and organizational structure, procurement mode of operation, transportation services model, vendor selection and management. Traditional purchasing management model of organization structure, purchasing plan, information interaction, transportation, service mode and the supplier management is not perfect and inefficiencies, hindered the strategic development of the enterprise in a large extent.On the basis of supply chain theory and by the SWOT analysis of HT company purchasing department,the paper explains the necessity of companies’ procurement mechanism optimization and put forward specific measures to optimize procurement mechanisms, including procurement process re-engineering and organizational restructuring, optimization of procurement, vendor management mode and transport service model.Under the perspective of supply chain management, purchasing management is no longer stay in practice, but to rise to the strategic height of enterprises, effectively solves the shortcomings of traditional procurement management mode.As an important link of the supply chain, procurement is an important value-added activities.A series of optimization to improve the procurement mechanism can reduce raw material costs and product cost, increase profit significantly.These measures should play a huge role on the total cost control and long-term development of the enterprise,and support realizing the company’s strategy development requirements.The implement of optimization measures in HT enterprises get remarkable effect.The costs of raw materials reduce continuously,the profit of HT enterprises increase with years.So the conclusions can be reached that the optimization measures are feasible and the optimization goal has been realized.
