With the rapid development of Internet technology, variety of new E-commerce mode is appearing constantly. Microshop is a new e-commerce model which just appeared in these two years. From august 2013 to now it has reached more than 1000 registered users. Microshop business mode is that: suppliers send the product to network platform and then numerous users to open small shop to sell their products for suppliers. Microshop has many problems and risks in the operation process, this paper study the risk of microshop from the perspective of enterprises, aiming at helping enterprises effectively identify risks, improve enterprise management level and the ability to resist risks.First, through the collation of relevant literature and data, the paper researches the current situation of domestic and international business model and risk;Second, this paper has studied several main mode of Electronic Commerce(B2C, B2 B, C2C), especially about the analysis of microshop business model, and analyses the difference between the microshop and these models; Third, using the method of flow chart according to the project it carries on the microshop risk identification, which can identify the risk of stage of the construction, operation, maintenance; And then combining analysis of the questionnaire results with SPSS software we eliminate less important risk factors and select the key risk as the research object; Fourth, it uses the analytic hierarchy process to build the risk index system of microshop, including 6 first level indexes and 20 two level indexes, and we combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively assess the risk, aiming at finding out the high risk status of the micoshop and then we take risk control measures; Fifth, about risk of enterprises, we put forward the control measures of risk from supplier, promotion and market in a high state of.The conclusions of this study include:1.
